Mindfulness Meditation

We are living in a world of constant "inattention" filled with distractions from our handheld devices to our laptops and televisions, hoping that our multi-tasking will help us accomplish more.  What happens is, in fact, the opposite.  Our focus and attention to the important people and things in our lives get less than what is necessary to attain connection and success.  This often leads to increased anxiety, rumination, and discontent.

By incorporating a weekly practice, you cultivate more focus, compassion, and love.  This translates to better awareness of the present moment, benefiting all of your relationships.  

With a dedicated mindful meditation practice you can increase your state of calm, decrease anxiety and depression, help manage chronic pain, enhance your listening skills, just to name a few..
